Recruitment consultants are needed to join Consortia Personnel’s growing central Bristol office.
Across the group we have ambitious growth plans and to achieve those targets it is vital the business secure the very best. Due to Consortia’s continued growth in Bristol over the last few years we are now looking to take on a number of experienced consultants to lead desks across a number of verticals in the central Bristol office.
Whilst Consortia have had fantastic success through knowledge of vertical IT markets our UI/UX desk has arguably been the stand out successes opening doors to Digital Agencies, Financial Organisations, Software Houses and Start-Ups. As such we are now looking to bring in Bristol’s future recruitment business leaders in; IT Recruitment, Finance Recruitment and Marketing Recruitment.
Consortia are backed by one of the UKs largest recruitment groups and have a very flat structure which means consultants at all levels are treated with the same respect and with the same access to a management team with 25 years recruitment experience leading a £150,000,000 turnover business.
The business believes in investing in the very best whether it be consultants or technology and as such are running RDB ProNET database which is arguably the most sophisticated recruitment database available. It has been rated by many consultants as the best database tool in the industry.
Consortia don’t believe in restricting consultants and allow the team to take more control over their desk. Through allowing consultants to work both permanent and contract roles on a dual desk helps promote quick growth in any given market which can be reviewed continually to allow for additional resource to be brought in to support the desk (which means team leadership and management opportunities come round at a quick pace).
Recruitment consultants are measured by their deliverables rather than tightly controlled KPI’s which allows both the business and the consultant to move away from micromanagement and allow consultants the space to truly be consultative. CV and interview to placement statistics are used as a training tool to highlight potentially areas of improvement rather than the ‘motivational’ tool often used in the industry.
